Is there anything I need to be aware of?

Please note that the sensation of warmth varies depending on the skin type and only occurs some time after application. The effect can be intensified when applied after showering, bathing or after sauna sessions due to the already warmed skin, so it is recommended to apply the product after an appropriate time interval.
The surface of the skin may have varying degrees of redness, depending on the skin type. The redness is a sign of an improved blood circulation. When using for the first time, you should test your own skin sensitivity by applying a small amount of care balm, for example, on the arm. People with particularly sensitive skin, children and adolescents under 15 years of age should not use Phardol® Thermo. Pregnant women are advised to only rub the care balm into small areas of skin. If you feel that you are experiencing a hypersensitive reaction to one of the ingredients (e.g. severe itching, burning, severe redness, skin irritation), we recommend washing off the excess care balm with cold water and then rubbing a normal skin care cream into the skin. Avoid contact with the face, particularly with the eyes, and with mucous membranes or open wounds. After applying Phardol® Thermo, wash your hands thoroughly with cold water! Please store Phardol® Thermo out of the sight and reach of children.
